Is it A?

First is sufficient, since the least factor will be prime, if it is not 1.

Second is not sufficient since it is not given if K is positive or not; Prime number has to be a positive number.

Thanks.

If we consider K and N to be positive integers then here K has 2 factors, and only prime numbers have 1 and itself as factors.

Answer is D.
