If x and y are nonzero integers, x/y is an integer?
(1) x is the product of 2 and some other integer.
(2) There is only one pair of positive integers whose product equals y.

The question should be: If x and y are nonzero integers, is x/y an integer?
(1) x is the product of 2 and some other integer.
(2) There is only one pair of positive integers whose product equals y.

(1) If the other integer is A, then x = 2A but no info on y; NOT sufficient.

(2) y has only 2 factors. It means y is a prime, and the 2 factors are 1 and y, but no info on x; NOT sufficient.

Combining (1) and (2), x/y = 2A/y
If y = 2, then x/y = A, which is an integer.
If y is not equal to 2 and k, then x/y is not an integer; NOT sufficient.

The correct answer is E.
