Hi Shibsriz,

As you know if it is Right Angled Triangle then a^2+b^2 =c^2 and angle x = 90

But,
Statement 1 says a^2 +b^2 is <15
Statement 2 says c > 4 => c^2 is >16

so from 1 and 2:
c^2 > a^2+b^2
Therefore angle opposite to it must be GREATER than 90

Hence Sufficient.
