I am sure of my answer was correct and unfortunately the material does not provide any solution. So I was wondering if someone can help me please. Thank You

It is 115 right ? Alternate angles are equal, so x + 65 = 180. X = 115.
Getting defeated is just a temporary notion, giving it up is what makes it permanent.

Have a look at the above figure.
The angles marked in red are equal (corresponding angles).

Hence, x = (180 - 65) = 115

The correct answer is D.
