The Improvement Chart for the OG13 (at the top of https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-error-log) is a downloadable excel file that not only identifies the topic related to each PS and DS question but also tracks your hit/miss ratio to help you identify area of weakness.

I have attached it here as well.
