Hi,

IMO C

If we omit the modifier,
"A huge flying reptile .....years ago" and look at the rest of the sentence,

the Quetzalcoatlus had a wingspan of 36 feet, and it is believed to have been the largest flying creature the world has ever seen.

This construction looks better than the rest.

D and E can be ruled out because "which" is used incorrectly.

B can be ruled out because it aims to make "that died out ......ago" parallel to "that is believed to be..." I am not sure if these two parts of the sentence should be parallel to each other.

A is missing a verb is/was which makes the sentence incomplete.

This is my take....

Thanks!

Hi,

Is A correct if it was "is believed to be"

GmatKiss,

I think that an "is" with a connecting word (such as and) will make option A correct.

What do you think?

Whats the OA?

Thanks!
