I thought I could solve problem 215 on page 257 similar to problem 204. Why can't I take the first integer and last integer and divide by the number of integers 10 to get little (m). Is it necessary to do the addition for each multiple of 5 well those 10?
Also on problem 216. what is the point of telling us the If M>0 what does this statment matter? m percent of y means m divided by 100 right anytime I see (insert variable) percent means divided by 100?
In some of the questions it says in terms of a variable I also think this means to solve for that variable, but in this case you solve for y, but it states in terms of m. Kinda confusing for me can anyone give me clarity for these types of problems should I just plug in numbers?
