IMO - D

I found "is the world's first.." to be much better than "to be the world's.."

Also "world's smallest network digital calendar" is more precise than "small network digital calender in the world".

"as long as.." should be parallel with "weighs". "weighing" will not maintain the parallelism.

I was between D and E, ened up picking D, even though where it says as long as put some doubt on me.

E was a good one but weighing was the turn off it is in the wrong tense.. :)

It's better to avoid when possible the use of to be in GMAT answers, also, claims to be is not the right grammar, it just a american expression, and it is normally penalized by the test makers.

As you read the books you will find that authors strongly advise you to avoid the use of to be as well as other terms on the GMAT.

IMO D.

in A, "it" does not have a clear antecedent, even though "claims to ." is the correct idiom.
