Statement 1: n/5 has only one prime factor. could be true for n=5^2 where n has one prime factor or for n=3*5 where n has two prime factors. INSUFFICIENT.

Statement 2: 3n^2 has two different prime factors. Could be true for n=5(1 prime factor) or n=3*5(two prime factors) INSUFFICIENT.

Statements 1&2: n=3*5 (2 prime factors) satisfies both statements. n=5^2 (1 prime factor) satisfies both statements. INSUFFICIENT
