I am behind a full day, what do you do?

by Born2ollie » Wed Nov 07, 2012 5:44 am
Hello,

I fell behind a day and half. I have done the "To Do" parts finished, but "Practice" and "Additional Reinforcement", I am not able to finish with the 4 hours I dedicate to this.

So I have two questions:

1. Can I pause the 60-day emails to give me a day to catch up?
2. Correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe I read that you only need 3-4 hours to get through the material on the email; however, I would beable to get through the material, but I would not have enough time to review what I am getting wrong.

I would greatly appreciate someone help or suggestions.

J

Hi J,

I don't believe that it's possible to pause the Guide. Sorin (https://www.beatthegmat.com/member/163465/profile) is in charge of the email program that delivers the Guide. You might want to ask him about it.

Having said all of that, I should point out that it may take longer to complete the learning activities on some days than on other days. So, although you're behind now, you may catch up later on.

Alternatively, you may want to give yourself more than a day to complete the activities for 1 day. I suggest creating a folder for the 60-Day Guide and place your emails in there.

Cheers,
Brent

I have the same problem, its difficult for me to complete the tasks on the weekends, I have created an archive of all the emails i receive. I am following the study schedule but adjust the timeline as I go along.

Some days I finish all my tasks and still have time, those days i go to the archives and see whats in the next email and start doing that :)
