If b<2 and 2x-3b = 0, which of the following must be true?
(A) x > -3 (B) x < 2 (C) x = 3 (D) x < 3 (E) X>3

2x = 3b.
Since b<2, 3b<6.
Thus:
2x<6
x<3.

The correct answer is D.
