what does a 3.2/4.0 GPA translate to on 7.0 GPA scale?

Hey,

I did my undergraduate degree in Kenya and scored a 3.2 GPA. I am now applying for a Masters program in Australia, and they are asking for a 5.0 GPA on a 7.0 GPA Scale.

What does this translate to? Do I qualify or not?
