Part time MBA v/s Full-time MBA

Is there a big advantage/disadvantage for doing MBA part-time while you are working ? I am only asking about MBA in US and not other countries.

Part Time: Mostly for career advancement, takes one extra year
Full time: Career Changer and young candidates
