Need as ... as
A.. need as ... as
B. cannot use can for may .. also need as .. as. {So adjective That is correct usage..}
C. correct answer
D.. cannot use might for may ..also need as .. as
E.. changes the meaning

IMO another way to solve is:

AS..IN X..AS IN

as great in a domestic camp as IN maneuvers..
