Well, I don't know about you guys, but I was just tired of using Windows. I am an avid gamer (which my ps3 would vouch for any day) and love to upload, download and run multiple heavy software at the same time on my lappy.
So i just went online, searched for a great OS which wouldn't eat up a whole lot of resources. So while my videos are uploading and I am conquering some kingdom far far away in a strategy game(which breaks the monotony of gmat prep and mba apps, in addition to making me feel like a total genius) and I'm downloading important stuff(yes, everything that is downloaded is important), while my girlfriend is chatting with me on skype(right after our evening date) and while my videos are being converted- I would want my OS to use the least amount of resources and basically stay alive.
So, I got Zorin. Replaced my Windows. And now, I feel awesome. The system is smooth. No need for antivirus, no bugs, nothing. The OS took so little space and is so much better than windows 7. Any one else know any other kool and free OS like Zorin 5.2?
