A turning point in united states lobor history was reached when most of nations's air traffic controllers supported the union's strike and ignores president Regan's demand that they go back to work.

c that they wouuld go back to work

C can be eliminated because of conditional would. In the sentense there is no such indication of If.

Pls comment that I am write here.

Yup when you use bossy verbs such as demand that then you should avoid extreme word usage such as should, would
