stanionery's reply does attempt to address quality of recycled paper as evident in the first line "Recycled paper is not necessarily inferior". But it fails to jusify the argument by not providing explanation for logical connection between material used in manufacturing the paper and quality of product. Hence i think it is B. Any takers?

B seems a contender. But wondering what does 'disputed prodcut' refer to?
Any thoughts?
