Iam planning on giving my MBA in sep 09. I have the study material and recently gave the Kaplan test and got a 520. Do u think it would be benfical to join a prep class or self study is the better way
Hi v_sprint,
I think a GMAT course or tutoring could be very helpful but only if it is quality and if you do the assigned work. If you want to find out whether a course is for you without spending much, consider the GMATFix Live course. I just attended the first class (free) and it was very helpful. There is an open thread about it here: https://www.beatthegmat.com/free-gmatfix ... 35354.html
I've heard that ManhattanGMAT classes are also really good, so if you're considering a course you might also want to check that out.
To help you decide though, I would say to first find out what your target score is and where you currently stand (by taking a GMATPrep exam). Maybe you don't need much, if any, improvement
