(A) ozone is formed in the atmosphere from
Ozone formed in X from Y and Z react with sunlight.. that's just wtong. Eliminated!
(8) ozone is formed in the atmosphere when
Ozone formed in X when Y and Z react with sunlight.. looks ok. let's keep it
(C) ozone is formed in the atmosphere, and when
Ozone formed in X, and when Y and Z react with sunlight... wrong.. dangling modifier. eliminated!
(D) ozone, formed in the atmosphere when
no verb. eliminated.
(E) ozone, formed in the atmosphere from
no verb. eliminated.

--> the correct answer choice is B

Ozone is formed .. when Carbon.. react.....

Ozone, formed ... wrong here..

Past paticiple without any " is" or " are " or " has " form etc...
