And m³ will have the lowest value when n² will be lowest.

Lowest possible value of n² is 0.
So, lowest possible value of m³ is -300
Hence, lowest possible value of m is -(cube root of 300)

Now, look at the options.
0³ = 0, 5³ = 125, 10³ = 1000

Hence, -10 < m < -5

The correct answer is C.
