Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and still not very acquainted with the sitemap. So, if the question below is already answered elsewhere please bear with me.

I'm planning to take the GMAT later this year and have decided to go for self study mode. I'm looking for a comprehensive list of the different topics that are tested in GMAT quantitative. I've created a list of my own.
Can you please validate for its accuracy and indicate the changes needed? I'd greatly appreciate your help.

Quantitative Syllabus

A) Arithmetic
B) Elementary Algebra
C) Basic Geometry

Topics in Arithmetic:

1) Number systems and Number Theory
2) Percentages
3) Profit and Loss
4) Simple and Compound interest
5) Speed, Time and Distance
6) Pipes
7) Cisterns and Work Time
8) Simple and Weighted Averages
9) Ratio, Proportion and Variation
10) Mixtures and Alligation.

Topics in Algebra or Modern Math:

1) Permutation and Combination
2) Probability
3) Arithmetic and Geometric Progression
4) Quadratic equations
5) Set Theory
6) Inequalities
7) Basic Statistics

Topics in Geometry:

1) Basic concepts in geometry
2) Coordinate geometry and mensuration

Do you happen to remember any online material on perm 'n comb and probability? Something to help me remember ways of solving the different types of cases in these topics.
