The three schools that I constantly hear about at MBA events, in Spain, are Esade, IESE, and IE. I'm not sure which of the three would be considered the best. I honestly think they flip flop in ranking quite frequently. I could be mistaken though.
My goal is to make MBA applicants take onus over their process.
