A is right for parallelism - has added and have increased - both are present perfect.

B - uses present perfect first and then simple past - they are not parallel and not in sequence as well.

A is correct. B transfers the act of "increased sales" before the event "company has recently added many new restaurants"--> this interpretation is wrong.

A depicts correct parallelism and event are in same chain of time; hence correct.
