E is parallel; "provided" and "milked" are participles (verb forms used as adjectives).

The farmer keeps them cool...provided...and milked. Three adjectives.

This is a simple if you can find the clues in the non-underlined portion "them" --> cows (plural subject) --> produce (plural verb)
