Uninstalling and Reinstalling Real GMAT

I had taken real GMAT's 2 practics tests before and as mentioed on the forum it is possible to retake the tests after uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

I did that but my tests were not wiped out.

Can anyone help me re this

Had the same problem...

I unistalled it, restarted my PC, and re-installed - fixed it.
