in the xy plane, is point(2,-3) on line l?
(1) Point (-2,3) is on line l
(2) l is not perpendicular to the x axis

Can be yes.Can be No

S2:l is not perpendicular to the x axis

Again, Can be yes.Can be No

Together,there is possibility that line l may pass or may not pass through the point (2, -3)
