Advice needed Goal 600+ Score

by jhtem » Tue Feb 11, 2014 10:50 am
Hi,

I am retaking the gmat for the second time. My first score was a 350 :/ my quant score was a 21 and verbal 17. I signed up for Vertias prep and scored a 470 (quant 37 and verbal 41) on a practice test, and did another practice test and got a 420 (quant 24 and verbal 25). I am planning to retake the exam april 12th. I was hoping to get some advice to improve my score to the 600 range. I have the OG 2013 and veritas prep books and the manhattan gmat books as well. I tried to do the 60 day plan but with my work schedule, (8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. M-F) I felt too exhausted to study. I know that I will need to make some sacrifices in order to get the score I want. Any advice would be great! Thanks

If you have signed up for the Veritas course there are lots of resources that I can help you to access and use.

In understand being exhausted from work and you have a big improvement to make from 350 to 600. But you have already made some progress and April 12th is about 60 days away (maybe exactly 60) so you have time to really make a push. You will need to work hard. But you can give it your best!

If you can send me a PM I will discuss everything with you and see if we can point you in the right direction!
