The Bank

Hi everyone; I just saw a question and have some difficulties with the right answer; here is the question:

It was extremely discouraging to learn that the bank, with whom I have had a savings account for over twenty years, could not open a checking account for me because I did not have proper identification.

(a) that the bank, with whom I have had a saving account for over twenty years
(b) that the bank, with which I have had a saving account for over twenty years
(c) that the bank, with who I have had a saving account for over twenty years
(d) that the bank, with that I have had a saving account for over twenty years
(e) that the bank, where I have had a saving account for over twenty years
OA: B
My question is why the choice 'E' cannot be the right answer? and what is the problem with 'D'?
sorry for easy and somehow clear question, but I really cannot understand why E & D cannot be right answer.

Thank you

My reasoning :

The clause - '... I have had a savings account for over twenty years' is a Non-Essential Modifier. Non-Essential Modifiers usually use a 'which'.
Also, 'a savings account WITH a bank' sounds idiomatically correct.

Other thoughts or opinions ?

In choice E, the usage of 'where' is incorrect. Where should be used when referring to a particular location.

For ex-
The town where I live... --Correct
The company where I work... ---Incorrect

But correct me if I'm wrong, I think "The bank", "the company", etc. is considered a particular place. I dont think it limits to cities or countries or such things.
