Factory in my area: Adv + Disadv

I am living in very calm and beautiful community. Recently one big company has announced that it wishes to build a large factory near my community. Though people from our community showed mixed reaction towards its advantages and disadvantages, personally, I am very excited and I would like support and welcome the company's decision. I have many reasons to hold and support my view. They are as follow.

First of all, a new factory in our area will help to generate many job and this will in turn create much needed employment for our community. As people have jobs they will earn more money as wages and they can spend this money to educate their kids, for betterment of their life. This will definitely improve their living standard too.

Second reason is that as people are more wealthy and earning, they can pay more tax to Government. Government can spend this tax money for betterment of public transport, public schools, civil hospital and can improve other public services.

As we all know that every coin has positive and negative side, this announcement has too its disadvantages associated with it. Like factory will create noise pollution, air pollution, water pollution.
our river might be dump with lots of debris from factory and will get polluted. The beautiful landscape surrounding our community might get adversely affected but as saying goes that no gain without pain , so we have to sacrifice few things to avail listed benefits. Moreover with the advent of latest technologies I am sure that factory will reduce and minimize this form of pollution at greater level.

To sum up, after weighting advantages and disadvantages, I strongly support the announcement of new factory construction in our community and hope that others feel the same way
