Hi,
concentration of liquid1 = 1/2
concentration of liquid2 = 1/4
concentration of mixture = 3/10

Ratio of volumes of liquid 1:liquid2 = (3/10-1/4) / (1/2-3/10) = (2/40)/(2/10) = 1:4
So, liquid 1 is 20 % of the mixture now. That means 80% of liquid1 is replaced by liquid 2

Hence, E

Cheers!
