Transportation rate = $x / metric ton / kilometers
1km = $x / metric tons
So for n km = $ xn / metric tons
This mean 1 metric ton = $ x n
and 2 metric tons = $ 2xn
So transportation rate for 1 car = $ 2xn
1 dozen = 12
So for 12 cars = 12 * $2xn
= $24xn
