The sum of a two-digit number and the number obtained by reversing the digit is 66. If the digits of the number

differ by 2, find the number. How many such numbers are there?




please explain me how to solve it........

ab+ba=66
10a+b+10b+a=66
11a+11b=66
a+b=6

according to the problem
a-b=2

a+b=6
a-b=2
a=4,b=2

42+24=66

not sure that i understand how many numbers are here, to me only one 42

The solution is right. However there are two such no.s
1) 42
2) 24.
