Product of lenghts (inside a triangle)

There might be some sort of property that obviously I am not aware of... please help!!!

In the figure above, what is the product of the lenghts af AD and BC?
(1) The product of the lenghts of AC and BE is 60
(2) The lenght of BC is 8
(see the figure in the attached doc)

This is driving me insane!!!!

Is the answer A?

AC*BE = 60 so AD*BC would also be equal to 60.

The property you want to remember here is the area of a triangle = 1/2*h*w

Depending on how you look at it, the h and w could be AC and BE or AD and BC so their product would be equal since their halves would result in the same area.
