Well, your numbers are certainly in place. It's likely the POOL that is killing you. I'd be curious to see your essays, because maybe you aren't yet working hard enough to AWE them with your uniqueness, which is what you are gonna have to do as an Indian IT guy, 770 notwithstanding.
Besides that, out of your list Tepper, MArshall and McCombs would seem to me good fits, although all could work. If you can do it, apply to ALL. As you are playing the numbers a bit here. What I mean is coming from such a big tough pool, where you KNOW that each school is only gonna take a certain number of Indian IT people, there's a bit more chance involved, so the more schools you apply to, the merrier.
