Choose the sentence in which all modifiers are NOT placed correctly.

(1) Albert felt as though he was being foolish by not accepting advice from his math teacher, a well-liked professor named Mr. Algeb.
(2) Listening to his teacher's advice, the outcome was not pleasant for Albert a year ago.
(3) Mr. Algeb was a lean man who wore a grey toupee to cover his balding head.
(4) Learning a method known as Algeb's act, Albert could finally do his homework.
(5) Because his teacher's advice, which was extremely helpful, actually worked, Albert decided to go home and rest.
