192 = 6 * 2^5.
So, positive divisors of 192 which are > 6 and multiples of 6 are 12, 24, 48, 96 and 192.
The total number is 5.

ok got it. thanks. i think you meant 5. but your method confirmed what I was thinking: 2^5 has 6 factors. 1 of which is 1. So 5 factors greater than 1.
