I have international exposure and experience working in aus and jpn
Iam a voracious reader and consider myself quite good in english.

You should go to the following steps:

1. Go through all the mgmat guides, if you have.
2. Go through all the OG's (10+11+12+OG Review)
3. Take GMATPREP tests.
4. Analyze the mistakes in GMATPREP tests.

Take the gmatprep tests at least 4 times--every test twice.

Then go for the real test.

About OG's:

Go through all the official explanation and prepare your own note. Review them time to time. It will help you.

Thanks.

Agewise I am in the same boat as you but I had been able to take time to study. I think before anyone can give any advice you need to post how poorly you are scoring on the on the practice tests, what practice test you are using, and what the scoring breakdowns are. It would also be helpful to know if you can clear out any study time a night (i.e a half hour, 1 hour) before bed. I know for me even though I was juggling work and a little baby I was able to train myself to stay up later at night than usual to get some studying in.
