Help - need strategy for CR Assumption questions

I've been having trouble with assumption questions. Are there any obviously strategies that I can use? I've been getting maybe 10-15% of the questions right. So any help is appreciated! Thanks!

You need to focus on the conclusion and see what is the point that is made in conclusion that is not given in premise...

E.g.
Stimulus : I want to score higher on GMAT because i have joined BTG
Assumption: Anyone who joins BTG wants to score higher on GMAT

Premise: If you like my post
Conclusion : Press the Thanks Button
