If I am not wrong then answer is B. This is not worth of 1.30 minute question.

well.........
A & D are opposite to what the conclusion states...E is out of scope

So out of B & C......my pick is C
both B and C ....roughly talk of the same thing..........homes with alarms burglarized repeatedly over a five year period......but where imho C wins is that it talks of more likely to be burglarized....similarly to the conclusion which states....homeowners who outfit their homes with alarms are more likely to become victims.....

The answer is D in my opinion. Argument begins by assuming that having a burglar alarm ensures that homes are safe and therefore there is a less likelihood of a burglary. It then provides some figures and concludes that the case is opposite for Stockton.
