pronoun confusion

can anyone please explain how to distinguish between the usage of who and whom. i understand that the difference here is subject vs object pronoun but could someone elaborate a little bit more.

more importantly, can anyone point to a link where i can find all the uncommon pronouns - subject vs object (or pronouns in general). for example, i am familiar with he/she vs him/her, they vs their. but there must be some other uncommon ones like who vs whom.

Who - subject case pronoun.
Whome - object case pronoun.

The best way to test whether the usage is correct or not is to transform the sentence into a question !!

Who is working.... ? he is working... ( he is a subject case pronoun )
By whome this job is being done ? This job is dony by him...(him is a object case pronoun )

This is a best way to test pronoun case - in most of the cases. But please dont include possesive case in this.
