A lever is attached to a circular drum. The lever is operated by turning it clockwise. Its current position is shown here. What is the angle formed by the starting position and the current position of the lever?
(1) If the lever were turned a additional 15º, it would complete a full circle from the starting position.
(2) If the lever were turned 75º less, it would be perpendicular to the lever at its original starting position.
OA: A. Here when we say additional 15 degrees it would mean additional in 15 clockwise direction. So will 75 degrees less mean 75 degrees shift in anticlockwise direction. Wont B sufficient too, but answer would be 165 degrees. Please help confused.
