Orange Juice added

An 18 oz., glass is filled with 8 oz., of orange juice. More orange juice is added so the glass is 5/6 full. Which quantity is bigger the amount added or 6 oz.?

Please explain, thank you!

5/6th of 18 is 15. Initial quantity in the glass was 8. So 7 oz. was poured into it to make it 5/6th.
So 7 is bigger than 6 oz.

Thanks Amil, would this also be a good approach?

(8/18) + x = 5/6 is the formula I start with. I add x to the 8 oz already in the glass. When I solve I get x = 7/18. So I am adding 7 oz.

I can't tell if this had a twist in language or if there was a typo in the end.
I don't know what to say, really. Three minutes to the biggest battle of our professional lives. You find out life's this game of inches, so is football. Because in either game - life or football - the margin for error is so small. I mean, one half a step too late or too early and you don't quite make it. One half second too slow, too fast and you don't quite catch it. I'll tell you this, in any fight it's the guy whose willing to die whose gonna win that inch. That's football guys, that's all it is. This approach is similar to the one I demonstrated, but it is worded differently :).
