A certain item costs 500$ per kilogram. What would be the cost of 600 milligrams of the same item? (1 kilogram=10^6 milligrams)

500$/kg and they tell us that 1kg=1 000 000mg
Juste write this information on fractions and do not forget to convert
all your figures in milligrams.
500/1000000=x/600 (cross multiply)
x=0,3

600 miligrams of this item costs 0,3$
