a.) if p = -1, q = -2 =>is 1/3 > 1/4 (yes)
if p = 1, q = 2 => is 3> 2^2 (NO.) ----> AD---insuff

b.) q>0--> what is P... hence B insuff

both together -- you can answer..

=> p has to be positive
if p = 1, q = 2 => is 3> 2^2 (NO.) ---->

also check for if p =1/2
