Any hope?

by nstp0316 » Tue Sep 18, 2012 4:06 pm
Just wanted some advice my scores are as follows

6/01/12 340

6/10/12 370

7/23/12 430

9/02/12 490

My exam is october 6th, a little less than 6 weeks away, any hope that I can get over a 500? All of the practice exams were done through "The Princeton Review"

Thanks for any advice on what to do in these last few weeks as well!

You should definitely use the Official Guide and GMAT Prep. Then you will have a clearer picture where exactly you are and which sections you should continue to work on.

Thank you everyone, I meant to say a little less than 3 weeks away not 6! but I will keep pushing and hope for the best. I only need 450+ for my 3 schools that I want to go too.

I think Princeton Review tends to produce lower scores than average. At least for me, the Princeton Review exam was about 100 points lower than any GMAT prep practice test I took. Hopefully the same will be true for you...good luck!

Stop taking TPR tests and take GMATPrep tests. They are best indicators of your actual capability. Better late than never. You got three more weeks and even if you take now, you can restructure your strategy to improve your score.
