IMO E

My Siamese cat moved across the floor just like a lion stalking its prey.

a, just as a lion stalking its prey. not parallel
b, in the same way that a lion stalks its prey. wordy. just as is prefered to in the same way that
c, in the way that a lion stalks its prey. same error as B
d, just as a lion stalks its prey. wrong comparison because we are comparing how they moves gramatical construction is right but logically wrong
e, just as a lion stalking its prey moves parallel, compares the movement of cat and lion
