Lets collect some sources and methods in this thread.

Sources:

1) OG materials and GMAT paper tests.

What else ? I am still not sure about 1000 RC ( or 3000 RC )

I was wondering that if it is even possible to improve significantly on RC? I mean this is a skill you develop over a lifetime. Especially, if someone is racing against time, where the GMAT is under a month or two. What about non-native speakers? It is even harder to learn or be at the same level field to those that speak the language natively. I did not mean to astray from your topic, but I was just wodnering.

We will try our best shot. There are many non-native speakers who aced the verbal section of the GMAT.

Impossible is potential.

Impossible is temporary.

Impossible is NOTHING!

I read nytimes.com and Scientific American Digital
I think that this will help - I see dramatical increase in reading speed.
