Long Term: Manage family business

Well if you are really gonna aim for Top 10, then try and aim for a higher GMAT, like 720+. Work-wise it's hard for me to tell how strong (or not) your profile is because I am missing enough detail about your work experience (what position, what promotions, what achievements, and so on).

You can also write a bit of detail about your family business (what they do, how big, etc.) which may or may not strengthen your profile, and I can gte back to you with my thoughts.
