Case 1: only One of the Xs <singular>
Case 2 : only one of the Xs that <plural>
correct, as long as it's not "only one of the X's THAT..."
Read from Ron's post that the above case 1 will have singular. I am not able to come up with a sentence without using 'that' in the sentence. Can you please give me an example for case 1.
