How does one finds scholarships if he/she gets high scre on gmat?

What is the Minimum GMAT score that will gurantee an admission and scholarship to a full-time MBA program in India

As far as I know scholarships depend more on merit or need. Merit I expect takes your undergrad GPA into account rather than your GMAT score.
